Join TAG for our six-week Audition Prep Masterclass, designed to help young performers build confidence, strengthen their skills, and prepare for auditions both on and off the TAG stage! Whether you're auditioning for a school musical, community theatre production, performing arts program, or your next big opportunity, this hands-on class will give you the tools to walk into any audition feeling prepared and ready to shine.
Throughout the program, students will learn how to select the perfect audition song and monologue, create a theatrical resume, prepare sheet music for an accompanist, professionally slate and enter an audition room, and develop stronger vocal and acting techniques. We'll also explore the world of callbacks, cold readings, taking direction, and self-tape auditions, helping students understand what directors and casting teams are looking for. With a limited class size of just 10 students, each performer will have opportunities for individualized coaching, constructive feedback, and personal growth. The program will conclude with an exciting two-hour Mock Audition Experience, where students will put everything they've learned into practice in front of an audition panel and receive personalized feedback to help them continue growing as performers.
