Whether you're recognizing your child with a personalized message and photos or showcasing your business to our theatre community, your ad helps offset production costs while becoming part of a memorable experience for everyone who attends.

Design Your Ad
You have two easy options for creating your playbill ad. If you'd like to design it yourself, simply open the Canva template for your selected ad size below. Each template is already set to the exact dimensions required for printing, making it easy to create a professional-looking ad.
If you'd prefer us to create your ad, upload your photos, logo, text, and any design preferences during checkout, and our team will design it for you.

Review Your Design
Before submitting your ad, take a few moments to carefully review your design. Check for spelling and grammar, verify that all names and information are accurate, and ensure your photos or logos are clear, high-resolution, and positioned the way you'd like. This is your opportunity to make any final adjustments before printing, helping ensure your ad looks exactly as you envisioned it in the finished playbill.

After payment, you will be directed to our Google Form for Playbill Ads where you can upload your ad if you created your own or upload photos and type a short message to be included in your ad.

After submitting your ad, please purchase the ad size you selected. Please note that your ad will not be reviewed or approved until payment has been received. Your submission is only considered complete once both your ad and payment have been successfully submitted. After your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email for your records.

Submit Your Ad Information and Design
After reviewing your ad, please use one of the Google Forms below to submit it. If you designed your own ad, you can upload your file. If you would like us to create your ad, simply upload your photos and provide a short message you'd like included. We'll take it from there!

We Review Your Ad Submission
After your payment is received, our team will review your ad to ensure it meets our print specifications. If we notice any issues that could affect print quality, we'll contact you before your ad is sent to print.

See Your Ad in Print
